The other day while Gaummie and Gumps were watching Addie they took a trip to Sam’s Club. While riding in the kid seat of Gaummie’s cart, out of he blue Addie reached up, grabbed Gaummie’s breasts and said “Hey! Where’d you get those boobies?”

One of Gaummies favorite things to do it sit back and relax in the backyard with a good book. I think she is trying to teach Addie at a young age to do the same thing. The only problem is we need to teach Addie how to relax first!
Gaummie bought Addie a birthday present that will get us off to a good start!! Thanks Gaummie! What fun!

What fun it was to have a child this Easter. Not quite like Christmas, but boy, did her face light up when she saw the living room scattered with eggs and her very own Easter Basket!
Then began the egg “hunt”…
She ran from Egg to Egg picking them up and moving them all around. None really made it into her basket, but she had a great time. I’m just glad we used plastic eggs as one of her favorite things to do with the eggs was STOMP them.
After a fun morning, we headed off to Easter Brunch with my family at Marie Callenders.

(I was bending down because I thought my brother was directly behind me…oh well!)
Later that day we were all supposed to head over to Ryan and Melissa’s house for Easter Dinner. Unfortunately, illness caught up with Jess and I that afternoon. Jess was running on only about 3 hours of sleep, and I (after a visit to the doctor) had a sinus infection, ear infection, and pinkeye…YIKES! We couldn’t risk getting little baby Zoe sick.
Fortunately, Steph saved us some yummy leftovers and we were able to have Easter Dinner on Monday.

Two weeks ago, Addie met up with Grams and Grumps at the bowling alley. As always she was a huge hit, Grumps just loves to show her off!
Bowling is fun!
After the bowling alley we went back to Grams and Grumps house where Grams read Addie a story! Addie turned the pages while Grams tried to keep up… apparently Addie is a speed reader. Grams tell the best stories ever!
