How can I even begin to express how much you have changed my life. I wish there were words to articulate the love I have for you. I am so blessed to be able to call you my daughter.
I wish you understood the true meaning of the words Thank You. Because of all the words in the world I can say to you, Thank you is just the beginning… Thank you for teaching me everything you know, and thank you letting me love you.
I never knew the love a mother experienced until you allowed me to love you. I never truly knew that love has no boundaries. Everything you do and say brings joy to my life and my world would be incomplete without you.

This past year is huge in a child’s life for many reasons. During the past year Addie has grown out of clothes rapidly, binkies, bottles, gratefully the huge Eeyore. She has grown into a wonderful vocabulary, darling personality and full of adventure. Not only have we loved loving her but she has in turn filled us with her love. Here’s to two exceptional parents and a precious two-year-old!!!

Addie, what a beautiful tribute your mommy made to you with your 2nd birthday slideshow. You are a wonderful, funny little girl who brightens all our lives. I hope that all your years are filled with funny, happy moments like you’ve shared with us. Love, Gaummie

Well that was adorable. I and I don’t even like such things.
I’m happy you have enjoyed motherhood. I was concerned that it would put your responsibility meter over the limit and result in what so many parents experience… the loss of their own lives.
