Author: Mommy is at school right now, so I figured this would be a good time to introduce myself. She is always so caught up holding me and showing me pictures and reading me stories She is also very fond of blowing on my tummy, I can’t figure out why she does this. It feels funny and makes my face do funny things. My mouth starts to curl in a very funny way. My mom always says, thats it… thats almost a smile. I haven’t quite figured out what a smile is… but I keep trying different things and so I figure eventaully I will smile for her.
It explains my life right now, mom says “It’s what you do” I can’t read yet, but mom told me it said “Eat. Sleep. Poop.” I must agree with her, I do those alot, but yesterday mommy started giving me a new medication for my tummy so I would stop crying so much. You see I have a lot of trouble digesting things and it makes a lot of bubbles in my tummy. I have figured out that the bubbles can only come out one of two ways. Up or down. The bubbles that come up don’t seem to bother me, but the bubbles that go down HURT!!! I am not sure how to get them out… eventually they come out on their own. The new medicine helps so the down bubbles don’t hurt so bad. Mommy says I am like a whole new baby! That makes me happy and I want to try to do that smile thing again.
Last night I hardly cried at all. Great Granny Pryor bought a fun music making machine that puts movies on the ceiling. Mommy turned it on and it was amazing!! I could watch that for hours. The only problem is it makes a noise that reminds me of Mommy’s heartbeat, I get very sleepy and forget about the ceiling and take a nap. I will try to convey to mom she needs to take a picture of me watching the movie.
Speaking of naps, I think I will take one now. Don’t tell mom I got on the computer, She would be sad she missed it.
